startup sound volume in SL

how can i change the default volume level in SL upon startup? it used to startup with whatever level it was at before i restarted. now it readjust each time.

IM pretty sure you cant adjust the startup chime volume, its the same volume all the time..

Edit: Actually I misread your post. Thought you was wanting to control the startup sound volume, sorry.

Are you talking about the chime or the general volume after bootup? My chime is the same volume I left it at before shutting down, but when everything loads, the volume reverts back to 8 or 9 bars.
