Stat of Fractial apps on OS X? Any good apps?

I tried Fractal Domains, disappointed and it is slooooooooow I mean real slow and no truecolor graphics. Fractal Extreme (A PC app running in a virtual) blows it out of the water in terms of performance and capabilities.

Sucks to have to run a virtual XP just for my good old standby Fractal Extreme.

Anyone know of an app that compares to Fractal Extreme for the macintosh?
