It looks as though fried foods and BBQ are holding the bottom 10 states down. I wonder how this compares to how fat states are considered.

We've talked about this before, but Louisiana is a poorly health-conscious state. People here I find are lazy & overindulgent, compared to other places. I would even venture to say there isn't much going on here, so people rely on food & drink to have fun...more drink than anything else.

I do what I can for myself though. ;)

In the end that is all you can do is to take care of your own health. Some how more in your state need to learn from your example.;)

I am one of the reasons Louisiana scored so poorly. :D

And I have plenty to keep me occupied. That is my problem. I work so much, that when I am off I am with my family. And it is difficult to exercise with a 2 year old and a 5 year old. (Unless I drop them at a nursery, and that wouldn't be spending time with them....)

Stelliform you should try to begin by trying to eat a healthy diet. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables. Have less read meat and fish at least twice a week. As you children get older then you should have time to exercise. Maybe they would join their father. ;)
