State-Related Yosemite Customization?

Wondering if anyone has thought of 'customizing' Yosemite (when released or before) with your own's state related wallpapers, mail.app (Hello From...), Preview photo, Maps.app street(s), etc. I live in NY, it'd be cool to see say Lighthouse in the mail app, NYC skyline for wallpaper, stuff like that. Just seeing what you guys think about it for your states.
