Static electricity noise

I have the Iris Pro Only 2015 MBPr 15" and since it's super quite (no fan noise, no hard drive noise), I can hear.....every....god....damn....noise and I hear this static electricity noise, it's louder when scrolling a website with lots of pictures. Just wanted to know if anybody knows what it is and if I should even worry about it.

I don't have any noise from my 13" rMBP most of the time, and when I do it's the fan. Some folks have claimed that their SSD makes noise or that their CPU makes noise, but either I can't hear it or mine doesn't do it.
