Static electricity?

I recently started to feel vibrations when my fingers touch the aluminium case of my powerbook, notably below the keyboard. This only happens when my powerbook is charging.

I went to see an authorized reseller and I was told that this is not normal and I should return my powerbook for inspection.

Have any of you experienced this as well? Is it normal?
