Stationary Help?

I am trying to send a friend an email using leopards stationary. She is on windows with aol. Whenever i send it to her, the stationary does not show up just the red x with text. Is the problem aol that it does not like html emails?

Additionally, if i designed an email for her, how would she send an html email using aol?

I'd say the problem is the preferences she has set up for AOL. I've sent emails using stationery to AOL users before, and it's worked. Have her check her email settings, making sure they're HTML-friendly, etc.
