Status bar download speed tweak

Does anyone know if I can get a tweak so it can show current download speed in the status bar? even from sbsettings?

I believe this had been created now. Yesterday, this feature turned on automatically on my iPhone 4. I don't know how to turn it off, it may be sbsettings, maybe springtomize. The feature does show the time when i tap the status bar, which is nice but i don't really care what my internet speed is all the time.
