Status Bar - Missing at times!

This should be an easy question for someone out there...

My status bar keeps disappearing? When I lock and unlock it is visible...but when I'm at the Home screen it isn't there.

Any ideas?

Are you jailbroke? More details please. 3G? 3GS? OS?

Winterboard...SBSettings w/ Rupert Gee Theme...what else?

Got it...

Seems to be working now. I added the Blue WiFi Icon and the status bar is back.

figured it out.
go into winterboard and disable "solid status bar"
this fixed it for me, hope it works for you.
