iPhone Status Bar Winterboard themes displaying in Cydia but not on homescreen

Ahhh, new operating system, new file structure. That's how it's always been between x.0 updates.

I went to install 'Circular Connection Indicators' and applied in Winterboard, but the theme is only showing when I'm inside Cydia. I normally would know how to copy this and post to show both in Cydia and on the regular homescreen, but I do not know where it could have saved to.

Also, do I need to change the file name once outside of Cydia?

Think you need to delete statusbar image cache - can't remember where it is...Google
