Buyer beware. I dont trust Craigslist. I would ask for the esn/meid and make sure its legit.
Sure, if you want to.
Are you eligible for contract upgrade? If so you can get the 4S for $200 under contract, sell your iPhone 4 outright for ~$300, and walk away with a new phone and $100 in your pocket (but under contract extension).

While the addition of Siri and the better camera/processor are always fun to have, I'm not sure the 4S really has a lot of "wow factor" from the 4. That being said, to each his own. Personally I intend to wait for the 5 because I am hoping for LTE support.
Resale prices vary by location, but I'm seeing 16gb iPhone 4 with bad ESN going for OVER $300 on eBay. A fully functional version will be even higher. And the price trend on eBay is rising. I don't know why, maybe it is those people looking for an upgrade to their iPod Touches.Keep in mind, the value of the 4 is low $250-$300. While the 4S is $500+. So when the time comes to sell before the 5 drops, you'll get alot more for the 4S then the 4.
