Wondering if anyone else with a 15" i5 MacBook Pro (256mb vram) plays on steam, and within 30 seconds to 1 minute full fans every time.

Gets so loud it's distracting, does this happen to everyone else too? I mean i realize that I am gaming, but I wouldn't think something simple like the HL:Source engine would make this machine work that hard.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_0 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8A293 Safari/6531.22.7)

I wouldn't say that it's working hard (your Mac should run source games with no problem), but that it's just getting warm. I'd rather have the fans blasting than components dying.

When I play steam the fans usually blow kinda hard probably 5-10 minutes into gaming but it doesn't really bother me that much. As long as it doesn't get all laggy and stuff, I'm good to go!
