Steam game still in Launchpad despite removing the game's local files via Steam

I installed Counterstrike: Global Offensive but decided to remove it from my Mac. Followed instructions that Steam outlined (removing the game via Steam by clicking 'Remove Local Content') and that removed the game, but the game icon is still stuck in the OSX Launchpad. I tried App Cleaner but don't see the game there, tried holding the Option key while in Launchpad but it didn't work.

And then I tried the usual - restarting the laptop.

How can I resolve this?
