Steam Maker Plug-in download???

guys.

I visit a website and it requires me to download
1) flash player plug-in
2) real player
3) stream maker plug-in

i've done with the the first 2
but for the third one ...
when i clicked the link, it appeared that it's a .exe file.
can we open such file???
what should i do?
