It seems that Steam -does- scale properly on retina, but only after you change your screen resolution back and forth.

Helps a lot when browsing the store/workshop/chatting. Anyone else noticing this as well? Initially, it does open up w/ blurred text though.

mines ugly too. How do you change the resolution of the steam program itself? Is there an update in the works?

I hope that steam will be upgraded soon, although I use an external display for gaming most of the time :)

Use the power of Google my friend. :D :)

oh thanks! I didn't try that and thought, hey it'll be easier to log into my macrumors account and look up a post about it and then wait for a reply from someone. Yes. Your answer is so very helpful.

Slightly off topic... How in gods name do I get Diablo 3 for mac?
I would have thought it accessible via steam but this seems not the case. Must I Windows Bootcamp it? It seems available in physical form, is that my choice?

Physical, or from battle.net.

Seriously? You need to buy it in the store or from Blizzard online.

Jesus christ... I assumed steam, as I clearly said in my comment.
I'm sorry if I'm not aware of a reason why Diablo would not be available in Steam. I just assumed near to all games were channeled via that medium these days.

Seriously? There's no need for such an insulting attitude, even if I put it in a comment instead of going for a quick google.

Not all games are available on Steam.

Shame about that. Most impressed that Steam just fired up no issues on my new Mac and downloaded all the games that I'd previously bought for PC. Can't do that with a store-bought copy!
