SteelSeries Mobile Device Adapter With Siberia V2

Hey, Yesterday I bought a SteelSeries Mobile Device Adapter to my Sibera headset to make the microphone work with my Mac. I tried just plugging it in and the microphone still doesnt seem to work. Do you have to edit some settings or something like that to make it work?
