Steermouse help

Hallo,
I have problem with my G7 mouse and steermouse. I must reconnect mouse every time my MBP go to sleep or when I turn mouse off and on. Is it steermouse problem or something else? Is there any better driver or software? I need all my buttons to be customizable. I tried USB overdrive but it does not see all my buttons.

USB Overdrive is similar to Steermouse, you can give that a go
