I donn't know how many people remember stephen fry showing off his white iphone before at a conference and then said "oops cant show you that..". Well on his program on the BP oil spill tonight he was at a cleaning yard and wanted to convert feet to miles and said "i've got an app for that" and pulled out his white iphone!. Its a well known fact that he's very close to steve jobs so must have contacts

A real one I believe as he had it soon after launch day, I doubt there were many (if any) aftermarket white case mods out there at that time.

EDIT: That and there's a youtube video of some guy in Canada who somehow managed to get one too. Unless he made the courier-marked cardboard box himself and white iPhone packaging too, its possible that some people were lucky.

I'd be jealous but I don't like the front of the white iPhone that much to be honest.

Just like Willy Wonka, and the 5 people that find one will get a tour of Steve Jobs's mysterious fun house, I mean campus, and the one that can survive the entire trip will get to own Apple when Steve retires. Just don't disrupt any umpa lumpas, i mean Apple employees along your trip, and if Steve wants to stop in the middle of the tour to break out into a song, let him.

No, he's close to Jonny Ive first and foremost. They've been friends for years, although he obviously has met Jobs and Jobs does recognise that he's one of Apple's biggest "customers".
