Hi all, I’ll be upgrading to AW6 this time around, so my mum will be getting my current AW3.

She’s got a Fitbit at the minute and loves the 250 steps per hour prompt. The stock Activity app does tell you to stand up and move, but doesn’t make you take a specified number of steps.

Does anyone know of any apps which act in the same manner? So, monitoring that you’re doing at least 250 steps an hour, with a nudge if it gets to xx:50 without reaching that target? Thanks in advance!

I don't have a solution and so don't know how to do this, but you could look at Streaks by crunchybagel. I haven't used it in a couple of years, but just turned it back on. Streaks sets a goal for the day, so you may have to convert this to "3000" steps per day. My memory is that streaks does have reminders if you are falling short on the goal for the day, but I see you can manually set notifications too. The complication on the S4-S6 option may be better, I don't remember seeing accurate completion progress in the complication when I tried this on the S3 a few years ago.
