Stereo Files at Youtube?

Is there a way to post stereo files at youtube? I use Final Cut Pro 5, and use compressor to export my video.

I found a link via youtube, but it seems to only be for a Windows application, Rivas free flv encoder or something.

Any way to upload stereo files?
