stereo recording on iphone

Hello all.

I know this is possible and there are apps that can do this, but so far I've only found stereo microphone adapters like the one in the pictire below:

Is there an adapter that uses 2 x RCA stereo plugs or a 3,5 mm plug as an stereo input to the iphone?

No. The jack is not capable of stereo input.

I don't mean the top jack, I know it only has a mono input.

Is there something like the above accesory that would provide a stereo line input to the iPhone?
