Steve's Keynote: Country shapes flying-in

Dear All,

during the keynote of mr. Jobs there appeared a slide in which all the countries where the iPhone should become available appeared. the shapes of these countries were flying into the map.

Does anyone knows how this effect has been created, what templates have been used or which plugins?

It's a really nice effect,
