That's exactly what I was thinking. Of course it may be nothing but a small speed bump but I personally think we will see Dual Core G5s in PowerMacs before the switch to Intel is complete.

My guess: if IBM manages to make any better/faster chips in the next
year we'll put them in a computer.

I certainly wouldn't expect anything all-new. They'll save that for
the Intel Macs.

He could have said this.......we got screwed by Motorola for years and now it looks like we are getting screwed by IBM. We have resorted to liquid cooling to overclock these things.................. because IBM isnt interested. Just more B.S. from the business class. Take his words with a grain of salt, dont get me started.
