Sticky mouse button on MBP

Hey!
I have a macbook pro and the mouse button has gotten sticky, what i mean is it takes more effort to click (sometimes pressing twice) and is louder then normal as if there somthing under or wedged in the sides (which i cant see) is there anyway to clean it?

well i answerd my own question- i went on a rampage and clicked about 90000 times and it works fine now lol
