If I add more than one person to a message....it FAILS! I don't get it. This was an issue when I had 2.21 and now on 3.0 and again on 3.01....WTF!

The iPhone sends 'group' sms messages as an mms, so until AT&Fail fix it, you're copying and pasting.

I'm on ATT and I've never had a problem sending a txt to more then one person. The annoyance I have is that when they reply, it doesn't go in the same thread, but creates a new txt conversation, or appends to an existing conversation with that person.

Same. But I can definitely send SMS to more than one recipient.

WTH! Not sure how you all can do it and I can't. I get the same red ! like I do when an MMS does not go through.

OP- do a fresh restore on your phone to remove the MMS Hacks you installed and u will be able to send SMS to mulitiple people.

As others have said, it's because you have the MMS hack on there, and when you do, it makes group SMS messages send as MMS, which AT&T hasn't activated yet.

Just go to Settings, Messages, and turn off MMS until it is working. It will then send group messages as an SMS.

That makes sense. I am still running ipcc 5.0

I will try this
