Still did not get charged for 1 of my iphones

Is this normal?

Just have 1 charge on my card not 2 and nothing pending
 
This happens every year, they put a pending charge on your account then it goes away then you're charged a couple days after you receive the phone.

My other iphone has been charged on ccard since monday.same as all my friends.
