Still did not recieve my order confirmation (Verizon)

I ordered a 16gb white at 3:15am and never received a order confirmation. I called them and they said it would be here next Friday the 21st. Then i called them again today and they now said the 28th. So i dont dont whats going on. and also i cant check online because it keeps giving me page is not available.

Each time you call, they push your order back 1 week.
Each time you create a new thread on macrumors about same thing, you get reamed and nobody likes you.

Maybe if you were smart and knew how to count , you would know it would be 2 weeks not 3 weeks and idk because I just talked to another Verizon customer service rep and they said the 21st.
