iPhone 13 Pro Still haven’t received my “trade in kit”

Has this happened to anyone else? Received my iPhone 13 Pro on October 7. Here it is Oct 19 and still haven’t received the kit. I chatted with Apple online support about 1.5 weeks ago and they couldn’t figure out how to initiate sending another so told me to just keep waiting.

it’s still “pending” status.

Thoughts?

Your Apple order status has the tracking info for the trade in kit. What does it say?

Posted a screenshot above. It says “Pending Shipment - once your new device ships, we’ll send you a kit…”

Not only has my new device SHIPPED, but I received it already…a couple weeks ago…

In past years I’ve always received the trade-in kit within a day or two of getting my new device.
