Still having problems after using monolingual

As stated on an earlier post I used monolingual and after the install all of my tool bars were in Norwegian, I think. I reinstalled and got English back on everything. Now my problem. When I go to email a photo another mail app. opens up on the dock and it is in that foreign language. It seems as though I need to trash an old mail app. somewhere but I can only find the one in applications. Where else could it be? Thanks a bunch if you have a solution.
