iPhone XS Max Still no LTE fix...

12.0.01 confirms no LTE fix, just checked again today I am still only getting 3mbps at the most on LTE.
FF serial. Really hoping this was not going to be a hardware issue but if it were software I'm thinking they would have figured it out by now.
