Still no weather in notification centre?!

All of my devices still don't display the weather in the today view! It's been over a week now and it sometimes shows up when I'm in the city. Is there a fix?

Do you have location services for Weather turned on and the Today Summary widget on?

Settings -> Privacy -> Location Services -> Weather -> Always

I have Yahoo Weather installed. When trying to get it to work in Notication Center It is trying to load but cannot complete. I just noticed another Weather icon in Location Services which I would expect on iPhone but this is an iPad running iOS 8.1 This has not been turned either on or off in settings. Just the Yahoo app is set to Always. Have never seen this other weather before.
