Still on ios8.2.. 8.4/9 worth upgrading to?

I've been stuck on 8.2 for the app sandbox but i dont really use it too much hence the question.. Im on ipad 4 and 5s. How's the speed of 8.4 over 8.2? Thanks!

Even when jailbroken on 8.4, some apps you still can't access with ifunbox. So yeah I'd recommend staying on 8.2. Not enough performance difference and security enhancements to make the change.

If you want Apple Music, then upgrade. If not, then there's very little difference between 8.2 and 8.4

Well various security fixes. 8.3 also brought some more stability and performance optimizations.

yeah i had upgraded to 8.3 and noticed it was faster. However, I didnt use it long enough to know if it was just because the cache was cleared,etc from a new OS install or actually faster
