is anyone still showing preparing to ship with a delivery date of 9/16?

I ordered a iPhone 7+ 256gb rose gold and my order status is still at preparing to ship. Should I be worried that my phone hasn't shipped yet?

How are you seeing that it is in Louisville? I checked the ups websiting using my phone as a reference and nothing shows up.
