Still stuck for days trying jailbreaking

Help please

Been trying to update an iphone 4 from 4.3.2 to 5.0.1 using custom ipsw to preserve baseband.

I keep getting either error 1604 or 3194.

Error 1604 when using this : 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com
Error 3194 when using this : #74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com

I have my shsh saved for these 2 firmwares. the iphone is stuck in dfu mode for days.

Tiny umbrella is greyed out.

Any solutions please.
