iPod touch Still unable to connect to Youtube

I get unable to access the server. Whats going on? Can anyone give me some advice?

are you connected to the Internet?
can you use Safari to browse the web?
i'm don't think there's any regional settings for the youtube app but yeah that's strange.

Same thing kept happening to me, but it would let me connect sometimes.

I just returned it and got an iPhone but you might just want to exchange it or take a visit to the Apple Store.

I am able to connect to Safari and the itunes store but I have been unable to connect to youtube so far and watch stuff

The ones at our Apple Store wouldn't connect I went to get another video cause the screen on my other cracked till my touch comes.

Oh and there was one that said iPhone Disabled and the lady was looking at it mighty strange that was trying to use it.

More than likely, the wifi connection you are using is blocking the website.
