Stitching in Photoshop CS3 is a huge improvement over stitching in previous versions. I no longer have a need for dedicated stitching software.

This is a great shot -- how many pictures are stitched together in it?

Also, what have you done to actually print panoramas? Do you just print it to a large size sheet and then trim off the excessive white space, or do some of the photo services actually offer a large, panorama aspect ratio size print?
