I have no experience with it, but from reading its description it looks nice and light, but doesn't have enough viewing angles for me...

I received one yesterday and it is the same as the skinny. I don't know how how it fits as I don't have my iPad Air.

Good fit! I bought my iPad this morning and the Cape is a good fit. One difference from the skinny is that there are not any magnets.

STM Studio looks interesting too. Rather than the buckle design, it uses a magnetic system to create a stable stand (iLounge just had a review of the iPad mini version).

this is a deal breaker for me. i loved that the skinny 2 would snap shut with magnets even if the latch was open. the skinny for the iPad 3 wouldn't do this. it just flopped around and didn't give you that satisfying 'click' shut.

and it sounds like this is the case for the air too. too bad. was about ready to order this case.
