Stock 500gb...decent scratch disk?

I have 1 500gb 7200.11 and 1 750gb F1 coming tomorrow with my MP. I was originally going to use the stock drive as is with the 500gb 7200.11 running scratch but now I'm thinking of reversing that. I'm going to be using PS and FCP somewhat of a good amount but not hardcore all day.
