Stock and Weather tickers/notification on iPad

How can I get the weather and stock ticker/notification on my iPad (same as iPhone).

I know someone will say iPad does not have the Stock and Weather apps like the iPhone/iPT has, so how do I install those, or get something equivalent.

Skittlescat is incorrect; the apps aren't present on the iPad and therefore don't appear in the Notification Centre.

TWC is The Weather Channel; you can configure this app to show notifications in Notification Centre.

As a simple Stocks app I would recommend Stockwatch.
