Stock camera app not on home screen

Restrictions were on but turned them off and the app is nowhere to be found. Any ideas? iPad 3.

Try searching for the App. If it is not found then it is not on there.

Swiped right and it's there and I can use it. No icon though.

Reset all settings and that didn't work. Lost my movie I had rented for my trip home later this week. Very odd.

Can u access it by double clicking the home button on the lock screen?
