I keep a traded stock complication on the face of my watch to keep track of the stock of my choice. In OS1 the was a green arrow or red arrow next to the stock name to show if the stock is above or below the previous day of trading. Now in OS2 the arrow is just plain white.

A little step backwards for me.o_O
 
I think it depends on the face - faces have a little more control over the effect of the complications than just placement like before.

If you use the Utility face, I'm pretty sure it will be colored like before while the Simple face will keep them monochromatic. There's other effects (e.g., colors and sizes) on other complications it looks like.

Yes...you are quite right - I just changed the face and I can now see an arrow! Thanks!

I ma using the Utility face and my arrow is only white now instead of red or green.
