Stock Wallpapers=Black Screen on iPhone 4S, anyone?

I've had the 4S for a couple of weeks now. Recently went in to change my wallpaper and the page that usually offers the stock wallpaper photos shows up as nothing but a black screen.

Anybody else experience this?

I remember readying about this issue during the Beta testing over the summer, has this issue always been their or did it just start?

Beats me - my phone hasn't been stock in ages. It's not a huge issue for me since I restored from backup after I jailbroken with pwnage and I have the wallpaper I want, but it's one of those things that should work but doesn't for some odd reason.
