i was told by apple employee today they "get more in all the time."

um ok so they just show up? i find it hard to believe that stores don't know exactly when and what they are getting.

Yes. Everyday. A bit white or brown truck shows up and drops off boxes. In those boxes are product, some of which will be iPad Mini's. This usually happens in the AM.
