Stockstock Film Festival was posted on DVGuru the other day - so i'd thought i'd pop over and have a look.

is anybody here ever or going to do a edit with the stock footage? if so what's your thought's on these type of festivals

i've already banged a 2 minuter up but i am unable to submit at this time

Thanks for the tip. This looks like a blast. I set my sequence to H.264 compressor so I wouldn't have to render all the time, but when I try to render a dissolve I get a "codec error" message. Any ideas? If I set the Sequence compressor to NTSC, I have no problems, but am constantly having to render. It's easy and quick enough to transcode in MPEG Streamclip to a friendlier format, but thought someone might be able to steer me right.

i exported the clips i wanted to DV worked fine after that
