stolen iphone & shsh

My Iphone 4 was stolen in Vegas this weekend ,if i get a new one and my shsh is backed up on Cydia will i be able to get that new phone back to the backed up version?

SHSH blobs are unique to each device.
SHSH blobs have nothing to do with restoring a backup to any device.
SHSH blobs are used to restore to a firmware that Apple are no longer signing.

Exactly what he said above. You have shsh for the stolen phone not for the new one.
