Hey guys..

I'll try to explain this as best as I can..

I often use a software that works on many different windows. There is a main window that you don't really need while you're working so I keep it minimised on the dock. Sometimes (too many) you need to do a certain operation on the app that makes that main window to maximise by default without any need to. Basically, the main window getting in the way because the developer wants it to is a pain in the ass. I already emailed the dev but there's no way that will be changed so...

Is there any way to pin the window to the dock and make it NOT maximise unless I want it to?

When I'm working on the iMac, I move that window to another screen so it stops being annoying but, if I'm working on my rMBP, it sucks. So, if there's any way to emulate a connected screen and make the window disappear, it works as well.

Any ideas?

Thank you
