I normally use Safari for browsing, but occasionally run into a page that doesn't work properly. When this happens, I select the address, then use Safari -> Services -> Open URL in Camino. The problem is that Camino always opens the homepage in front, and the page I requested gets stuck in the background. How can I stop this from happening?

I've tried turning off 'load the homepage when opening new windows' but that doesn't really help because although it doesn't load the homepage, it still opens a blank window over the top of the one I want.

Any ideas?
Thanks :)

one thing you can try is under the Navigation Prefs > Tabbed Browsing is Reuses the existing window, dont know if that will fix your problem or not, another thing you can do is leave the hompage URL blank so that there is no homepage
