Stop keyboard opening - Until blinking cursor?

Hope this makes sense.

Recently acquired a 6+ – My first iPhone since the 3GS.

Problem: Say for example I open up a post in Facebook. The Keyboard always opens up by default.

On Android, the keyboard would be hidden by default. Only to be opened, If you selected the comment field, and the blinking cursor appeared.

Can we do this in iOS?
