On my new 2022 MacBook Air M2 (OS 12.5.1 Monterey), in Outlook 365 for Mac v. 16.65, my personal IMAP email account xxxx@comcast.net deletes inbox emails after 30 days. I am using the Old, NOT the "New Outlook" option. How do I turn this off. All Google searches say go to Outlook > highlight/ select (inbox) folder > right click > then select 'Properties'.

As you can see from the attached screenshot, there is no 'Properties'. The Deleted folder had been set to delete after 30 days, I just turned that off until I can get this resolved.

I have always used Outlook to view my email on my Macs and have been using subscription Office 365 for Mac for a few years.
My domain hosting service, Go Daddy, dropped email support for my sole proprietor business email hosting and required me to sign up for an Exchange/Outlook 365 (email) Account. After this I had problems getting my emails on all my devices (desk top, MB Air, iPad and Samsung phone). I seem to have that figured out. The issue I am trying to solve now is that for my personal IMAP comcast.net email account, the Outlook 365 for Mac app deletes my comcast.net inbox emails older than 30 days. Before I was required to get an Exchange/365 email account for my business email address this past summer, and prior to getting my new M2 MB Air, Emails remained in my inbox on my machine until I manually moved them to a history folder. The inbox for my new M'Soft business exchange email address has emails back to 2020.
