1) Yes, Motorola processors are behind AMD and yes, we don't have DDR RAM yet. so why has this just occured to you now?
2) 10.2 is a big enough update to justify $129. Would it make you feel better if they called it 10.5?
3) Apple will release new Powermacs in August. I suggest that you wait until they are released before you flip out over it. If they suck then, by all means trash them.
4) "free e-mail for life" is false advertising. Well back in 1984 Apple made claims saying that the Mac would own the GUI market, go jump on them for that.
5) Deluging Apple with angry letters and long petitions does not do anything but cost them money. Would you become more innovative if someone sent you an e-mail that said "If you don't get DDR RAM I'm going to take a hammer to my computer"?
6) iTools is gone and there's nothing you can do about it. Free internet services never last in their full form. If Microsoft had to introduce an expanded Hotmail to make it worthwhile imagine how hard it is for a company like Apple to run a service.
In summary: iTools is gone forever. Powermacs are coming out in August and you had no reason to expect them at MWNY.
